If the product is defective you must notify our support team within 7 days of its arrival. The customer must notify us by sending an email to support@crazywarehouse.com.au with details of invoice reference number, Nature of defect, reasons for lodging the returns and your complete contact details. Once our support team makes an assessment of the claim and determines the product is defective, they will issue you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). RAN number is a must and under no circumstance returns will be accepted without it. You must return the goods in its original packaging with all accessories, product manual and documentation. Failure to do so will result in rejection of refund. We are not responsible to pay for the postage of Returns.
